Limited parking. Staff friendly and pleasant. Room clean , towels provided clean and amenities acceptable. 2 bottles of 500ml RO water provided a bit unpleasant taste and it’s from Sibu. 🤔 Overall score : 7/10

Was bitten by bed bugs and my right arm was very itching and swollen. My wife suffered the same consequence. Hope the hotel management will look into this issue and get professional to deal with it.

The hotel looks old but surprisingly clean and spacious. Everything looks good. Since we’re odd numbers, had to request for extra bed, but the bed condition is too uncomfortable. Maybe hotel can fix the bed frame. The rest is good.

BP has many hotels and most of these are quite old. Pelican's inside is quite clean, the bed is good for my back, I do not see any problem staying here. There is no breakfast in the restaurant. No worry, there are a lot of nice food at BP.
